Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our machine learning products. You will collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers to build scalable systems that turn complex data into actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.
- Research and implement novel deep learning architectures to solve complex problems.
- Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines for high performance and low latency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Translate research papers into production-ready software.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of taking models from prototype to production.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
