Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve system throughput.
- Conduct deep-dive experiments to iterate on model performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in ML engineering and code quality.
- Collaborate with research scientists to implement state-of-the-art algorithms from academic literature.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture and model versioning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed computing (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments at scale.
- Deep understanding of model evaluation metrics, loss functions, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
