Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models for production-grade environments.
- Optimize neural network architectures to improve inference speed and model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into cloud-native platforms.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and optimize model performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps and automated testing.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by contributing to technical publications and internal R&D initiatives.
- Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous peer review and architectural documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in distributed computing and large-scale data processing (Spark, Flink, or similar).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines including CI/CD for machine learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling ambiguous technical challenges.
