Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare high-quality datasets for training.
- Deploy models to production environments using MLOps best practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and model evaluation to improve accuracy and performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning theory.
