Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms and neural networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Optimize model performance through advanced techniques like transfer learning and reinforcement learning
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source ML frameworks
- Translate complex scientific problems into scalable ML architectures
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years ML experience
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks, and distributed computing
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong background in quantum computing or computational biology
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
