Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training large-scale models.
- Collaborate with research scientists to transition algorithms from prototypes to production systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-traffic environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art research in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including automated model monitoring and data versioning.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for internal AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, with a focus on custom model architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into high-availability production environments.
- Solid understanding of distributed training techniques and GPU optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
