Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning models into scalable production systems.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, including data pipeline architecture, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, performance analysis, and model monitoring to ensure reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
