Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end cloud architecture on AWS/Azure/GCP with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices architectures
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud spend through right-sizing and reserved instance strategies
- Conduct security assessments and implement zero-trust architectures
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in architecture roles
- Expert-level certification (AWS Solutions Architect Pro / Azure Solutions Expert)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong background in network security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder presentations
