Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable deep learning models for autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency inference on edge hardware.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine training pipelines and data ingestion strategies.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous testing and CI/CD integration.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art transformer models into production workflows.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade ML models.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and optimization theory.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between academic research and engineering implementation.
