Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect tracking systems
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical defects and drive resolution with development teams
- Champion quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into test cases
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
