Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from initial user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex product requirements into elegant, user-friendly interface solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our proprietary design system for consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and interpret user feedback to iterate on design choices.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence and constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or consumer-tech environment.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and high-quality visual design skills.
- Expert proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience.
