- Conduct cutting-edge research into generative models and reinforcement learning applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in model versioning and testing.
- Implement robust monitoring frameworks to detect model drift and data quality issues.
- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Ray, or Spark).
- Demonstrated experience in shipping production-grade AI solutions to cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex research findings.
- Experience with MLOps best practices and CI/CD for model deployment.
