Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and natural language processing
- Lead research on novel deep learning architectures for quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy production-grade ML models
- Optimize model performance using distributed computing frameworks (Spark, TensorFlow)
- Develop MLOps infrastructure for continuous model training and monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Stay current with emerging AI/quantum computing research
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years ML experience
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale in production environments
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and algorithm design
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) highly desirable
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
