Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation for deployed systems
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in MLOps
- Stay current with academic research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms
- Optimize model performance and reduce computational costs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience with production systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and algorithm design
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
