Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to translate insights into actionable product features and strategies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our data science community and best practices.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying relevant techniques to our challenges.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models and impactful projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and/or R.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large databases.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
