Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced machine learning models for NLP and computer vision applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate research prototypes into scalable production systems
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Collaborate with product teams to align research with business objectives
- Mentor junior scientists and foster innovation through internal workshops
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI research
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Strong background in deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for ML deployment
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
