- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including negotiation, contracts, and closing procedures.
- Represent the brand at elite industry events and community networking functions.
- Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to facilitate seamless, complex transaction structures.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury real estate market.
- Proven track record of managing transactions exceeding $5M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional demeanor.
- Deep knowledge of the Miami luxury market landscape and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and high-end marketing presentation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
