Responsibilities

- Conduct professional property showings for HNW (High-Net-Worth) domestic and international clients.
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for premium property assets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current market trends, property valuations, and local zoning laws.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with developers, investors, and high-profile private clients.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Participate in high-stakes networking events and represent the firm at luxury industry functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in high-end luxury real estate.
- Valid Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value transactions.
