Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of luxury residential and commercial listings.
- Conduct high-impact property showings and private walkthroughs for discerning international clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for high-value assets.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and contracts to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Maintain a vast network of professional contacts, including attorneys, lenders, and developers.
- Provide expert market insights and data-driven property valuations.
- Represent the firm at exclusive industry networking events and community galas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Valid Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License.
- Exceptional communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ transaction volumes annually.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and property management technology.
- Deep knowledge of the South Florida real estate market and current zoning laws.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
