Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and luxury investors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for premium property listings.
- Conduct professional property showings, leveraging deep local market knowledge to articulate value.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including contract negotiations and escrow management.
- Maintain a sophisticated digital presence to attract global luxury buyers.
- Collaborate with stagers, photographers, and legal counsel to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential real estate or high-end asset sales.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions consistently.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing platforms for real estate.
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish or Portuguese) are highly preferred.
