Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Conduct professional property showings and curate bespoke tours for prospective buyers.
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from lead qualification to closing escrow.
- Perform in-depth market analysis and provide strategic pricing advice to property owners.
- Network with local influencers, legal professionals, and financial advisors to generate referrals.
- Represent the brand at high-profile industry events and charity galas.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop high-conversion listing presentations.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions ($3M+).
- Exceptional communication and high-level negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Miami luxury market and zoning regulations.
- Professional fluency in English (Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant advantage).
