Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of luxury residential properties across the Greater Miami area.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with ultra-high-net-worth buyers and investors.
- Execute bespoke marketing strategies for premium listings, including professional staging and high-end digital media.
- Conduct professional property tours and private viewings for discerning clientele.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and oversee seamless closing processes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the evolving Miami real estate market trends and zoning laws.
- Collaborate with international referral networks to expand global property reach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in luxury real estate residential sales.
- Current Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar transactions with discretion and excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
