- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and lead closing processes with legal teams.
- Stay ahead of market trends, zoning laws, and architectural developments in Miami-Dade.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate, preferably in the Miami market.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar residential transactions.
