Responsibilities
- Advise ultra-high-net-worth clients on luxury property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Execute high-impact marketing strategies for premium property listings.
- Host private, invitation-only property viewings and high-end open house events.
- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and lead transactional due diligence.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with global investors and local stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of luxury market trends, interest rates, and zoning developments.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial real estate.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar property transactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and high-end digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate elite international clientele.
