Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with ultra-high-net-worth investors and buyers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for luxury residential properties in Miami.
- Conduct high-impact property valuations and competitive market analyses.
- Host exclusive private viewings and high-end networking events for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure seamless contract negotiations and closings.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current trends in the South Florida luxury market.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven success in luxury real estate sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence sophisticated stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Hubspot) and luxury property management tools.
- Impeccable communication skills; fluency in a second language is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
