Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and international investors.
- Conduct high-end property tours and open house events for premium residential listings.
- Perform meticulous market analysis to advise clients on investment opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and lead clients through the closing process with professionalism.
- Collaborate with our marketing department to produce bespoke property collateral and digital campaigns.
- Maintain current knowledge of local zoning, property laws, and emerging market trends in South Florida.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful residential real estate sales experience.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Demonstrated history of closing multi-million dollar residential transactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency in industry-leading CRM software and digital listing platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is highly preferred.
