Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive comparative market analysis and pricing strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with investors, developers, and local community influencers.
- Negotiate complex contract terms, inspections, and closing contingencies with precision.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to execute bespoke listing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of market shifts, zoning updates, and luxury economic indicators in South Florida.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in luxury residential real estate sales.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing a sales volume exceeding $20M annually.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and real estate transaction management platforms.
- Deep knowledge of the Miami-Dade luxury market geography and lifestyle trends.
