Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth investors and buyers.
- Manage end-to-end luxury property transactions from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct private, high-profile property showings and open house events.
- Perform market analysis and provide strategic investment advice to clients.
- Collaborate with interior designers and staging experts to optimize listing presentations.
- Negotiate complex contracts to ensure optimal terms for our premium clients.
- Represent Apex Premier Realty Group at exclusive industry and social networking events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of success in luxury residential real estate sales.
- Valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ transaction volumes.
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Deep understanding of the Miami/Brickell luxury market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Follow Up Boss) and luxury marketing platforms.
- Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule for high-profile clients.
