Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of luxury residential listings across Miami-Dade County.
- Provide strategic market analysis and investment advisory services to international and domestic high-net-worth clientele.
- Execute bespoke marketing strategies, including private viewings, lifestyle staging, and multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Negotiate high-stakes contracts to ensure optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
- Maintain an active network of industry professionals, including interior designers, private bankers, and legal counsel.
- Deliver exceptional concierge-level service throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in luxury residential real estate or premium asset sales.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license in good standing.
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions exceeding $3M+.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in English (multilingualism is a strong asset).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, MLS, and luxury real estate digital platforms.
- Impeccable presentation and the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, sophisticated environment.
