- Perform comprehensive market analysis to advise clients on acquisitions and divestments.
- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and lead multi-party closings with precision.
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for multi-million dollar portfolios.
- Network at exclusive industry events to maintain a robust pipeline of off-market opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal and escrow teams to ensure seamless transaction management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline of $10M+ in annual sales volume.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and high-stakes communication skills.
- Proficiency with premium CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss).
