Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for luxury residential properties exceeding $5M+.
- Conduct bespoke property tours tailored to client lifestyle requirements.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and contracts with precision.
- Develop and execute advanced marketing strategies for premium listings.
- Provide expert market analysis and investment consultancy to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with interior designers, legal counsel, and wealth managers to provide a full-service experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value transactions.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills in English; bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Miami luxury real estate micro-markets.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software and high-end digital presentation tools.
