- Conduct private showings for ultra-luxury properties and penthouses across Brickell and Miami Beach.
- Develop and execute bespoke marketing strategies for high-end property listings.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis and valuation reports for sophisticated investors.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and contracts to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with interior designers, staging teams, and legal counsel to enhance property appeal and compliance.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by leveraging our internal lead generation and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury residential sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions ($3M+).
- Exceptional communication and high-level negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Miami luxury real estate market and current architectural trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LionDesk) and digital marketing analytics.
- Fluency in a second language is highly preferred for international clientele.
