Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with HNW individuals and luxury property investors.
- Execute strategic marketing campaigns for premier residential listings.
- Conduct private, high-end property tours for qualified prospects.
- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and lead due diligence processes.
- Stay ahead of market trends in the Brickell, South Beach, and Coral Gables sectors.
- Collaborate with legal and escrow teams to ensure seamless closing experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful track record in luxury residential real estate.
- Active Florida Real Estate License.
- Exceptional networking skills with a proven ability to self-generate leads.
- Deep understanding of the Miami luxury market landscape.
