Responsibilities
- Manage a curated portfolio of high-end residential listings in the Miami-Dade area.
- Conduct sophisticated property valuations and market analysis for elite clientele.
- Facilitate seamless negotiations between buyers, sellers, and legal counsel.
- Maintain an active, high-touch network of investors and affluent home buyers.
- Host private, invitation-only property viewings and open house events.
- Execute complex closing processes with precision and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
