Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for luxury residential properties in the Miami-Dade area.
- Develop and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and relocation clients.
- Conduct high-impact property showings and private viewings with a focus on value articulation.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and handle contract contingencies with precision.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to execute bespoke property launch strategies.
- Maintain deep market knowledge of local real estate trends, zoning laws, and neighborhood valuations.
- Host exclusive networking events and represent the brand at industry-leading conferences.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales.
- Proven track record of managing property portfolios exceeding $2M+ in value.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a sophisticated professional presence.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) and digital transaction management platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in an autonomous, high-pressure environment.
