Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive market analysis to provide strategic pricing guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and inspection teams to ensure seamless closing processes.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements to maximize client value.
- Represent the brand at high-end industry networking events and community functions.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury real estate sector.
- Demonstrated history of closing residential transactions exceeding $2M.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- In-depth knowledge of the Miami-Dade luxury market trends and neighborhoods.
- Proficiency in CRM software and high-end digital presentation tools.
