Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain a high-net-worth client database through proactive networking.
- Provide expert advisory services on luxury market trends, investment valuations, and property acquisition.
- Conduct private, high-end property showings and curate exclusive viewing experiences for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Negotiate complex purchase contracts and lead multi-million dollar closing processes.
- Collaborate with interior designers, legal counsel, and wealth managers to provide a white-glove service experience.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for exclusive listings.
- Represent the firm at elite industry events and community functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in luxury residential real estate.
- Valid Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar transactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional presence.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Luxury Presence preferred).
- Deep understanding of the Miami luxury market and local zoning regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
