Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, from prospecting and listing to closing.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide data-driven advisory services to clients.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and staging professionals to ensure seamless closing processes.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for luxury property listings.
- Provide exceptional concierge-level service throughout the client journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful real estate sales experience, preferably in the luxury market.
- Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate license in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar transactions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a sophisticated professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of Miami-Dade luxury market trends and local zoning regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and high-end digital presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
