- Coordinate with legal, financial, and title experts to facilitate seamless closings.
- Maintain an active, high-touch pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers.
- Stay ahead of market trends, zoning changes, and luxury interior design movements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial real estate.
- Valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar transactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on discretion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LionDesk) and digital marketing tools.
