Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers.
- Execute luxury property sales strategies, including bespoke marketing campaigns for multi-million dollar estates.
- Conduct private, high-touch property viewings and virtual tours for international clientele.
- Negotiate complex purchase agreements and contracts to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends, luxury development pipelines, and economic shifts in the Miami real estate sector.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and staging teams to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Represent the brand at exclusive industry events and charitable galas to expand professional network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful real estate experience, with a proven track record in the luxury segment.
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Miami luxury market, specifically Brickell, Sunny Isles, and Palm Island.
- Polished professional demeanor and the ability to operate in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LionDesk) and digital marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
