Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive luxury property listings across Manhattan's prime neighborhoods
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and international investors
- Execute sophisticated property valuation and market analysis using proprietary data tools
- Lead complex negotiations for multi-million dollar transactions
- Coordinate seamless transaction management with legal and financial partners
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for premium properties
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven luxury real estate sales experience in premium markets
- Current New York State Real Estate license
- Exceptional negotiation and closing track record (minimum $20M annual sales)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Luxe, Top Producer)
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan's luxury market dynamics
- International client acquisition experience preferred
- Professional certifications (CRS, CIPS, or SRES) highly valued
