Responsibilities
- Manage exclusive property listings in prime Manhattan neighborhoods (Tribeca, Upper East Side, SoHo)
- Develop high-net-worth client relationships through personalized property tours and investment consultations
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and legal teams for seamless transaction execution
- Leverage proprietary CRM and virtual staging technologies to showcase properties
- Lead luxury property auctions and private sale events
- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
- Mentor junior agents on negotiation strategies and client acquisition
Qualifications
- Active New York State Real Estate License with 5+ years luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of $10M+ annual transaction volume
- Deep knowledge of Manhattan architectural styles and neighborhood dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex multi-million dollar deals
- Proficiency in luxury marketing tools (Luxury Presence, Matterport, Sotheby's International)
- International buyer network and bilingual capabilities (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
