Join Global Logistics Solutions Inc., a leader in APAC supply chain innovation, as our Senior Logistics & Supply Chain Manager. You'll spearhead end-to-end logistics operations across Singapore's dynamic trade corridor, driving efficiency in warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. This pivotal role demands strategic thinking to optimize our multi-channel distribution network while ensuring compliance with Singapore's stringent regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with Singapore's port and air hub capabilities
- Implement inventory optimization systems to reduce carrying costs by 15%+
- Lead digital transformation projects including IoT warehouse automation and blockchain traceability
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and freight forwarders in Singapore/KL/Shanghai corridors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs PSA and IMDG regulations
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in logistics/supply chain management with 3+ years in APAC hub operations
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS/TMS platforms
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CILT) mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of Singapore's Free Trade Zones and cross-border compliance
- Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals in high-volume environments
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
