Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies across air, sea, and land transportation channels
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery optimization
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure compliance and reliability
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS system implementation and process automation
- Report on KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in APAC supply chain networks and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active) and data analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing vendor contracts and SLAs
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly regarded
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia preferred
