You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing cross-functional logistics workflows, and implementing cutting-edge supply chain technology to ensure world-class delivery performance.

Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery services.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times and improve overall cost-efficiency by at least 15% annually.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 30+ logistics coordinators and floor supervisors.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and carrier partners.
- Monitor KPIs and utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and preemptive supply chain risks.
- Ensure full compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international freight safety standards.
- Drive the implementation of new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to boost inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS software.
- Strong expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or APICS certification preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing carrier relationships.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, freight management, and domestic distribution networks.
- Superior analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex logistics data sets.
