Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery services.
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives to reduce lead times and operational overhead.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure 100% compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Manage key carrier relationships and negotiate service level agreements to optimize freight spend.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement programs (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Oversee inventory management systems and ensure high levels of order fulfillment accuracy.
- Represent the company in executive meetings, providing actionable insights on market trends and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume logistics or distribution environments.
- Deep expertise in ERP and WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets and capital improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset and mastery of Excel/Tableau.
- Professional certification such as CLTD, CSCP, or PMP highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
