Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional warehouse and logistics teams.
- Optimize distribution workflows to reduce cycle times and operational expenditure.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and carrier partners to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and implement advanced cycle counting methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Manage annual operating budgets and provide monthly financial forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and international shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
- Proven expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP EWM, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or advanced Excel.
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and international trade compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
