Responsibilities
- Strategize and optimize multi-modal transportation networks across 15+ countries
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse operations with 99.5% accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing logistics costs by 15-20%
- Coordinate customs clearance and compliance for high-value shipments
- Develop KPI dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Implement sustainable logistics practices and carbon reduction programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in SAP and WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- APAC customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- PMP or CSCP certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
