Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to improve supply chain throughput.
- Manage end-to-end transportation processes, ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and warehouse supervisors.
- Oversee carrier relations, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to synchronize inventory flow with customer demand.
- Implement advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance inventory accuracy and picking efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency with WMS and TMS software platforms.
- Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks and large-scale operational budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with global stakeholders and carriers.
- Professional certification such as CLTD or CSCP preferred.
