Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 150,000 sq ft smart warehouse managing 500+ SKUs
- Optimize multi-modal transportation networks (air/sea/land) for 15+ key clients
- Implement predictive analytics for inventory forecasting and demand planning
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives reducing costs by 15% annually
- Manage cross-functional teams of 25+ logistics specialists and 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and ISO 9001 standards
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions in volatile markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive logistics experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle SCM preferred)
- Proven track record optimizing multi-country supply chains in APAC
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum)
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Strong vendor negotiation skills managing $5M+ annual contracts
